Our cancellation policy requires we are notified of all cancellations or rescheduling at least 24 hours in advance prior to your scheduled session. If you want to cancel an appointment, we ask that you do so with the office with at least 24-hour notice. Failure to comply with this policy will result in the client required to pay entire session fee is charged for missed appointments or no-show cancellations with less than 24-hour notice.
